- The overall body adopts heavy-duty square tube welding (precision milling with five-sided milling machining center).
- High precision straight square rails and high-precision 1 are selected as the supporting guide rails 5m diagonal teeth.
- The transmission screw adopts high-precision Taiwan TBI ball screw.
- The material of the countertop is made of high-density polyester board, which is finely milled by the processing center to ensure the flatness of the countertop.
- Adopting a unique gantry side hanging method, double guide rail support, and large-area side plate fixation makes the equipment operate more stably, avoiding shaking during processing and affecting accuracy.
