Technology: FFF / Fused Filament Fabrication adapted for metal/ceramic feedstock (filament mixed with metal/ceramic particles + binder) rather than powder‐bed fusion.
Workflow: Print → Debind → Sinter. For example, the “Compact” version supports sintering up to ~ 1550 °C and a working volume (for sintering chamber) of ~150 × 150 × 150 mm.
Open system: allows use of filaments from other suppliers, giving flexibility.
Densities: The parts can reach densities of ~98-99% of full metal, rivaling some metal injection moulding (MIM) levels.
Multiple versions: There are “Compact”, “Extended”, “XS” versions for different size/scales (e.g., “XS” for portable/field applications)
