Performance Characteristics
• The vertical numerical control metal sheet slotting machine is the upgrading product of the traditional slotting machine.
• It adopts frame structure, high strength bolt connection, good rigidity and small deformation.
• The cross beam is fixed, the workpieces are fed in by rear feeding mechanism, the worktable surface is made of carbon tools, the hardness of the worktable after high frequency surface quenching is 55-60HC (common worktable surface & LT; 30HRC), the hardness of the worktable is much higher than that of stainless steel, the method solves the problem that the groove marks appear on the worktable surface of the traditional machine due to the low hardness of the worktable surface, ensures the flatness of the worktable surface s ‡ 0.02, and completely solves the problem that the accuracy of the v-groove decreases because of the deformation of the worktable surface, the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
• The material supporting device is arranged before and after the working table to prevent the plate material from being scratched during the processing.
