High quality German made furnaces

Ultra high temperature furnaces
The Ultra High Temperature furnaces of the XGRAPHIT series are machines with graphite heating and insulation system in water cooled double wall vessels. The furnaces are working under protectiv gas atmosphere in the high temperature region. Before starting the heating process the vessels will be evacuated.

APPLICATION:
Soldering | Vacuum soldering | Debinding | Recycling | Thermophysical measurement | Sintering | Gas heating | Melting | Graphiting | Graphite cleaning | Material examination | Material characterisation | Semi-conductor technology | Solar technology | Coal gasification

Cold wall vacuum furnaces
The high vacuum furnaces of the XVAC series are cold wall furnaces with a double wall, stainless steel vessel. The heating and insulation system consists of tungsten and/or molybdenum. The machines are pure vacuum furnaces or they have additional equipment for use under protective gas including hydrogen.

APPLICATION:
Soldering | Vacuum soldering | Debinding | Recycling | Thermophysical measurement | Sintering | Melting | Material examination | Material characterisation | Semi-conductor technology | Solar technology | Annealing Hardening

Tube furnaces
The furnaces of the XTUBE series have a working tube made of ceramics, metal or quartz glass. The tubes can be equipped with standard vacuum flanges on one or both sides. For high temperatures and high purity atmospheres the tubes are competely encased in a gas tight vessel.

APPLICATION:
Annealing | Hardening | Soldering | Vacuum soldering | Debinding | Thermophysical measurement | Sintering | Gas heating | Air heating | Graphite cleaning | Melting | Material examination | Semi-conductor technology | Solar technology | Cyclic oxidation

Vacuum induction furnances
The Vacuum Induction furnaces XINDUCT work with middle and high frequency. So we have a very precise location of the heating sources inside the sample. For melting processes the bath movement allows a homogenious distribution of temperature and chemical components inside the crucible.

APPLICATION:
Annealing | Hardening | Soldering | Vacuum soldering | Debinding | Recycling | Thermophysical measurement | Sintering | Melting | Graphiting | Graphite cleaning | Material examination | Material characterisation | Semi-conductor technology | Solar technology | Coal gasification

Rotary tube furnaces
The XROTATE series rotary tube furnaces are electrically heated furnaces with the heating system located outside the rotary tube. The tube materials include high-temperature resistant alloys, with options for special materials such as ceramics or quartz glass/-ware. In general, the rotation speed and inclination of the rotary tube furnace are adjustable, providing versatility for various high-temperature applications.

XROTATE APPLICATION:
Annealing | Debinding | Pyrolysis | Recycling | Drying | Calcination | Sintering | Melting | Material examination
Rotary tube furnaces up to Tmax 1.300 °C
